Comey is in a tough spot. With the way things went down if Hillary gets elected there is a very real chance he might be added to the Clinton death list. If Trump is elected there is an equally good chance that Trump will go after him and want to see both him and Hillary go to prison. His best odds for survival is to put Killary away for a long time. However, like I said before, she will skate, nothing sticks to her.

As far as being charged for a crime goes, she has committed many and if she had been anyone else would have been charged many times.
