Sooners-Cyclones is a trap game. We better bring it or ISU will whip our butts. Lots of bad juju here. ISU plays like the Packers on weeknights. Joe Mixon, our feature back, got suspended for a game for tearing up a fucking campus parking ticket. Stoopid.

The Cowboys are for reals. They'll beat the Purple Pussies.

I also think the Whorns will beat Taco Tech. Charlie is Strong.

I probably got the Arkansas score right. Doesn't appear that any changes have been made in the lineup, that doesn't bode well

BarryBobPosthole

They'll get there. Teams these days are so close in overall talent that one or two players can make a difference in a season. Arkansas isn't that far off the end of the table.

November 5th. I'll be hunting all day...

Won't argue with you, Querk, except the Ark. game....game is at Fayetteville, and the bookies prolly thinking the same as me....they nearly always play well at home....only 4-1/2 pt. underdogs to the Gators.

A. Its not October 5th

2.) ESPN is picking the Hogs to upset Florida.

Or at least one guy is.

OU took care of bidness last night.

BarryBobPosthole

They did. I love that fucking Flowers. Most underrated player on the team. The freshman rb whiffed on a key block that got our qb almost hurt in the first quarter and wasn't heard from after.

Perine and Mixon back for Baylor next week!

We have a murderers row of Baptists, Couch Burners, and Aggots coming up the next three weeks. If we survive that the Big 12 is ours!

I was rooting for the Sooners, all the way....however, against a 1-8 team, I guess I was expecting more of a blow-out....Sooners were a 19-1/2 pt. favorite, but didn't beat the spread....of course, anything can happen on televised games....even the under-dogs seem to play better on tv.

Iowa State is better than their record and has played tough against everybody that have been ranked this year when they played them.
You can't take a breath against any div 1 schools these days or you'll get your ass beat.

Considering our injuries, I think we did good.

And Mayfield is on a path to shatter the all time QB efficiency ratings. Hopefully these next three games puts him on the
heisman radar. The boy can fling it!

I see what you did, somebody reads John Sandford or that's an amazing coincidence

I just finished his latest Virgil Flowers book a few days ago. He's my favorite cop!

I like Virgil but I'm more of a Davenport kind of guy.

And Kidd. The Kidd series is great

BarryBobPosthole

Just as I was starting to like the Kidd series he stopped writing new ones. The last one was great.
I've read all the prey series and read the new ones as they come out. I keep waiting for a Letty series.

You have to wonder if Taco Tech is having buyers remorse over their shoddy treatment of Mike Leach to make room for Kliff Kingsbury? I know Leach is no angel, but Tech really did some shitty things to him and he didn't deserve it.

Wazzou has a shot at winning the PAC 12, or at least playing in the championship game. Tech hasn't been relevant since Leach left.

And ps....Herbsteit just picked the Hogs to win.

My expectations are very low, this year, anyway. ;)

Watching the Notre Dame players lining up behing the Navy team as they sang 'Navy Blue and Gold' with the cadets in the stands makes a person thankful that there really is good stuff in sports sometimes. And they did it after a heartbreaker of a loss to Navy too.
Props to the Domers!

I don't like the Piggies silver helmets. Frank Broyles is probably apoplectic.

They'll have lights that light up in their shoes when they run next. You just wait and see.

Rankings just out. I'm amazed the Sooners are #9. Hell if they win out we might have a shot if some other teams have a loss or two. At least agood bowl. Thing is, I don't think the Sooners have played #9 ball, especially defensively.

Bedlam is gonna be bedlam this year it looks like.
