Willie Nelson and Arlo Guthrie's daughters have teamed up and formed a group called Folk Uke.
Wonderful harmony but some twisted songs. Very good but not for everyone.
Their latest album is titled Star Fucker and includes songs with the title name as well as BJ to a DJ, Motherfucker got fucked up, Shit makes flowers grow and knock me up.
They are suprisely good as twisted as it seems
They seem to be right in LJ's wheelhouse.

Pretty funny as Neil Young has been playing with Willie Nelson's sons.

Folk is still as strong as it was in Woody Guthrie's day. And speaking of the forbearers of this generation of singer-songwriters, one of my favorite albums is one by Billy Bragg and Wilco called 'Mermaid Avenue'. Woody Guthrie wrote a bunch of lyrics he never pit music to and the songs on the album are all his lyrics and their music.
