Nice job! That's my favorite style of blues.

I think it popped out of me cause I was listening to Robert Cray's "The Dream" on they home. That chord progression sticks in my dang head for days.

I can relate. I probably have 5-6 of Cray's cd's, including Showdown!

Yawl have weird taste in music. I'd druther have one thumps cats squalling in my ears than listen to blues.

Maybe I'm too lowbrow for this crowd

The Blues were born in your neck of the woods, QA! It's a taste thing. Ya like 'em or ya don't. Don't know that I've ever met anyone in the middle. They're the root of most american music. Granted, they're no Celtic Wimmin but still...

Speaking of the blues....B.B. was born, lived, and is buried 7 miles from me, in his beautiful museum....Howlin'Wolf, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Little Milton, Robert Johnson, and Bo Diddley, just to name a few, all come from the Heart of the MS Delta, and I grew up with their blues music.

Just so ya'll know, B.B.'s museum is a result of a joint monetary effort from both of our black and white communities.....put it on your must-see place to visit....first class.

And, while you're there, take a short walk down the street, and eat at the Blue Biscuit or Sookie's Place....you can thank me later. ;)

I'm a blues fan too.

Saw BB in concert once and saw Robert Cray too about 30 years ago. If I remember right it was for his Strong Persuader" album.
