Get with the times ya' old curmudgeon! Welcome to bro-country. Do you still listen to Lawrence Welk? :laughing
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bro-country
Bro-country is a form of country pop originating in the 2010s, and is influenced by 21st-century hip hop, hard rock, and electronica. Bro-country songs are often musically upbeat with lyrics about attractive young women, the consumption of alcohol, partying, blue jeans, boots, and pickup trucks.
The popularity of the genre opened up a divide between the older generation of country singers and contemporary artists with a more traditional-leaning sound, and the bro-country singers which was described as "civil war" by musicians, critics and journalists.
First I’ve heard that term. I just call them ball cap wearin, fake country accent havin, tight tee shirt wearin’ pop music poseurs.

Well, now you're up with the times you old geezer, plus bro-country is much easier to say than "ball cap wearin, fake country accent havin, tight tee shirt wearin’ pop music poseurs." :thumbsup
I don't see what's wrong with that, Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton just got inducted into the ROCK & ROLL hall of fame.
Like Tony Stewart being inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame? Or to REALLY mix things up, Joe Gibbs? ;)
Next thing you know dogs and cats will be marrying.
Would their cuppies or pittens become cogs or dats?

I would hardly consider Tony an Indycar driver. He only drove in 26 Indycar races and 5 of them were the Indy 500. As a comparison, Cale Yarborough drove in 13 Indycar races and 4 Indy 500's.
Deppity, you take your Indy stuff too seriously and need to chill. It’s just a game called “Messin’ with Postie.” ;)
I thought it was “messing with Thumper”.

You’re both wrong. Tony Stewart is, first and foremost, a midget car driver and owner. A regularat the Chili Bowl Nationals in Tulsa.
