Bored as hell because of the rain, so I cooked a 40lbs box of leg quarters today. Gave some to family and some to friends, ate some and will put the rest in the refrigerator. The next step is in about three days, I'll start deboning and cook some of the best chicken and rice you have every tasted ! That grilled smoked chicken really brings that long grain rice to a new level. Oh yeah, todays project was only $24.01, you simply can't beat that !
