One of our favorites ... Ft. Myers Beach. Got here early as we had a Vietnamese place on the way that we wanted to stop and try for lunch ... I had pho and Lynn had banh mi. We weren't disappointed. Then, once we got a bunch of running around out of the way, we stopped at a Sushi place we spotted on the last trip and wanted to try. Again, no disappointment. So far, so good. Not sure what we have planned tomorrow (on the food front). I DO know what Sunday will bring ... a stop on the way home at my favoritist BBQ joint in the whole wide world ... Smokin' Joe's. It just a roadside hole-in-the-wall and don't look like much and there ain't much for atmosphere, but it's the best dang BBQ you could ever ask for ... and I'm a connoisseur of fine BBQ. Been going there for years.
