More importantly, who still knows how to use one? I recently came across a stack of old topocmaps from backpacking days. Great memories!

I've got a couple of them ... somewhere. One is my old military issue and the other is a copycat knock-off. TBH, I'm not sure I remember how to use 'em. I'd have to fiddle with one to see if it "comes back to me". I also still have my original dog tags with my P-38 on the chain. ;)
Not bragging, but I can still operate one in my sleep.....mapping and traversing was sorta one of my specialties.....got 3 or 4 hanging in my office.....and, yep, still got my dog tags with attached P-38, as well.
Actually, I learned a ton about compasses and mapping from being in Boy Scouts.....it really helped when I hit boot camp.....on my one mile night-time mapping/traversing test, I missed my final benchmark post by only 24 inches.
my iPhone has a compass, does that count?
Yes to both

I've got one too.
Yep, out of curiosity, I just watched a YouTube video and after a couple mins, it all came back to me. TBH, I used to carry one in my backpack when hunting, but never used it that I can remember.
I got one on the dash of the truck, that count? :D
.......after the EMP takes out all silicon based electronics.
