All I did was grin …

… and Lynn smacked me!

Lynn had a dr. appt. this morning and since they needed to do labs, we skipped breakfast (she had to fast for the lab work). After the appt, it was lunchtime, so we headed for our favorite Chinese/Sushi place in town.

After our meal, the waitress dropped the bill of at our table, along with a couple of fortune cookies. She opened hers and it was really some meaningless drivel.

I opened mine, read it, then glanced up with a grin. When she asked what mine said, I just told her it wasn’t important, then stared at the ceiling like I was “thinking”, grinning the whole time.

She finally reached for it and read it. That’s when she smacked the grin off my face! Women! [emoji849]
