Dang! I never realized how hard ...

... it was going to be to take Lynn out for her birthday dinner! The day of her birthday, some friends took us to a very nice dinner (his wife and Lynn have birthdays 1 day apart). They were getting ready to leave on a cruise, so we were tight with time and had to go then. So, I planned on taking her out THIS weekend, but some other friends insisted they take us out for dinner tomorrow, so I changed my reservations AGAIN until NEXT weekend!

Anyway, I'm taking her to a VERY nice Japanese restaurant in Orlando. Pricey, but hey ... it's her birthday, right? ;)

Oh, and I already have a good idea of what I'M going to order! By the looks of this monster, I may have to fast a day or two before we go! (or maybe I'll share some with her) ;)
