Yep, Bill was a heck of a nice guy and I miss him also. I first met Bill at his house in 2001 ... when Di was afraid I may have been an internet axe-murderer! After that, we ended up meeting for dinner or lunch many times over the years whenever I'd be in Atlanta. I never did get to hunt or fish with him though. I many times think about Di. After knowing them and seeing them together during those years, I'm sure his death was extremely rough on her. They were a very close couple.
What a great weekend that was. And I know two youngin's that will never forget it either!
I can't thank Larke enough for making it happen.
Yeah I guess he's ok... Once you get past the bad breath and fugliness.
