I knew there was a good reason for people to wear masks.
I'll bet their parents are so proud.
Since they only have tats on their faces and chest you have to think these two are in costume. most people with that far out of a look are covered up with them. The clothes are kind of a giveaway too.

Yep, like the one's you'd stand next to for a photo op and all of a sudden it would move. ;)
There was one in Nashville that scared the bejeebers out of me.

We were vacationing on Mackinac Island when my daughter was about 8 or 9 and she got scared by one of those living statues. To this day, she is still deathly afraid of mannequins.
