For $70 I will let you rub my belly for luck but that's about all you get. Seems from what I have been reading the 10mm is ballistically like shooting a .357mag round out of an auto. They call this the Hunter model as it is a single action but I can't imagine what you would hunt with it except maybe hogs in close. It appears these things run anywhere from $1,200 to $1,400 depending on where you buy it.
