    Every two years...anybody else?

    No, this isn't directed at you old married guys specifically.

    In ND our legislature convenes every two years and this is the year. Session commenced in earnest yesterday so the time for providing testimony on bills is now. My question is, do, or have, any of the rest of you have to testify at these things also?

    Headed to the first one in less then an hour so let the fun begin.

    Nope, never had to do it and I'm not familiar with that process. But I like the idea of a bi-annual legislature. I guess its bi-annual. Or would it be semi-annual? Regardless, its a great idea.
