The Tarholes are gonna break out and thrash somebody one of these days.......hope it ain't this week. I'm basing all this Duke Love ( CD really is into that) on them beating Northwestern in the first game of the season. The boys in purple are usually pretty solid.

No offense taken on the FSU pick, QA. I figure we've got a punchers chance, but it's in Tallahassee and I wouldn't bet money on us. As for Dook v. UNC, I win either way unless it ends a tie.

I don't really root against a team as much as a player or a coach. For instance, James franklin of penn st. Vandy had a couple of players beat up and raped a girl a few years ago and ended up in prison about it later on. They said franklin knew about it and pulled an art briles. Then suddenly it went quiet, not a word. I kept up with the story and believe the players were telling the truth. Now franklin is strutting around talking smack like he's the queen of England and he's never won anything. I'd root for the North Korean national team over penn state until someone convinces me different

And that's precisely why I won't root for FSU. Jameis Winston and the way FSU covered up the stuff he was accused of. I'm not interested in whether he was guilty. Covering it up the way they did is inconscionable. And nobody got punished for the coverup. That's Art Briles level stuff IMO.

Speaking of, I let the computer draft my FFl team and it picked up Winston as my qb. So I immediately changed my team name to 'Therapist for $100'.

Not sure why Michigan sticks with Speight. As Speight goes, so goes Michigan it seems to me. And he runs like a white boy.

Well, once again, my MS State boys are picked as the under-dogs.....Jawjuh favored by 5.5 pts.....that's just fine with me.....we seem to play better, when we ain't suppose to win.

Nah, we gotta thumb a ride to Athens, this week.

I'm hoping Corso will put on that big Jawjuh bulldog head, and pick Jawjuh.....he seems to jinx anybody he picks.

How 'bout that Wolfpack! I just finished watching it on delay. Tough circumstances for FSU today. But any time you get a win in Tallahassee you've had a good day.

    Tough loss for the Hawgs...

Shouldn't have believed the tripe about the seminole defense. Arkansas has too many problems to start a short list. Maybe I can become a bandwagon Bama fan

If by sporty you mean no defense, you've got that right! (Mostly kidding as it's fun as hell to watch...) Looks like the Christians treated you right yesterday as the horned toads upset the Cowpokes SS well.

7-6 straight up. I ought to say 8-6 since A&M had to win it twice due to some pitiful sideline officiating. And the way the refs screwed Purdue should have been 9-5.

give me enough time to dig thru some technicalities and I'll be 13-0
