It's nothing crazy ... well, I take that back, it's crazy GOOD! Relax, it's just ground beef with kick-ass seasoning and flavor. It's kofta kebabs – ground lamb or beef shaped onto skewers and grilled. Some places flatten them out, others leave them round. I just always referred to them as 'camel dicks'.

Kinda like the meat ball soups in Thailand, it's more fun to screw with the tourists and refer to the dish as 'monkey ball soup'.
