    Cattlemen

Gots a question. Youever heard of Pinzgauer breed of cattle? I read this morning about a ranch in Oklahoma that raises them and they are supposed to be one of the tastiest beef cattle there is. Hell I might have to travel over there and pick up some steaks if they’re that good.
I’d never heard of them before today.

Got a cattleman-friend in Canton, MS who raises three types of cattle.....Fleckvieh, Simmental, and Pinzgauer.....their color-markings are quite similar.....I don't know which one is his best meat producers, but he's got his pastures loaded with huge numbers of those cattle, that can be seen from Interstate 55.

Here's some Belgian Blues that look like their meat might be sorta tough:

That is a new one to me, but I wouldn't say I am a cattle man by any stretch.

Dang! That video looks like a convention for cattle hooked on steroids! Why does that one have a shaved butt? Heck, at first, I thought it was a giant nut-sack!
