    Who's going further

In the big dance, hanks Wolfpack, postys Sooners, jb's wolverines, or the hogs.

    I say in this order

    Hogs gone in first round
    Sooners gone in first round
    Pack gone in second
    Wolverines lose in sweet sixteen

I don’t know mich about the others but I have to agree on the Sooners. I don’t see us making it past RI. If we do that’s a big bonus for an underachieving team.

Any particular reason you left out my Boilermakers?

Boilermakers are likely to go the furthest out of the whole lot. I’m especially bitter that my boss scheduled a meeting for when State plays on Thursday.

Sorry, I've been trying to forget about Purdue in case butler forgets to show up. The hogs don't want any part of them. Anything less than an elite eight for the boilermakers will be a disappointment.

    st round.

I agree that Purdue is good.

I actually have the week off so I'll be watching the games. It's a fun next couple weeks if your team gives you a ride.

We missed Chilly Willy’s Mountaineers as well. The way a Huggy team plays defense, I figure them for at least the Sweet 16.

I'm going with an underdog, Oregon, to win it all.....besides, their uniforms are really cool.

Well, Purdue’s chances took a big hit today. The center, Isaac Haas, went down and ended up with a broken elbow and is done.

First the kid from UVA and now this. Some good teams are getting snake bit early in this tournament.

When I saw Haas break his arm it reminded me of back when I'd sit through game film of football games and think "Damn, that didn't look nearly as painful as it felt!" 😊

Sometimes really painful and hard hits don't look so bad. Purdue is still good but not as good.

The Mounties/Herd game will be the most watched game of the tourney here in WV. Go Mounties.

History in the making. The Retrievers taking number one Virginia behind the wood shed. Up seventeen with a minute left

Wow! That's going to leave a mark.

Ah well, they scheduled the WVU game at 9:40 on Sunday night. That's the kind of screwing you kind of expect as a West Virginian. 😊

Carolina took a beat down and Cincinnati got beat too, both #2 seeds, and Sparty lost.

At least the Boilers pulled it out without Haas.

Well the Mounties gave the folks in Huntington another reason to hate us. And now they play, arguably, the best remaining team in the tournament Villanova. If we go any further we'll have to earn it.

Looks like Purdue survived. And they play Texas Tech. That's a tough one. TT ~can~ be one of the most difficult of teams to play. And once in a while they look pedestrian. That might be a really good game. If they win Purdue gets WVU or Villanova. Kansas/Duke is the only other remaining possible 1-2 matchup.

It only gets tougher doesn't it?

The big 12 still has four teams in it. Tech is a tough nut indeed if they can keep some consistency.

I only saw the first half of the WVa game as it was passed my bed time. It bums me out as I live to watch a Huggy team play D.

I don’t think Trae Young has been the same since he played them.
