Get Ready to be BLOWN AWAY!!!

My youngest son's first oil painting. I've always been a huge fan of Frank Frazetta's fantasy art. I wanted to challenge my son and have him try and use one of Frazetta's paintings as a reference for his first oil painting. Holy smokes he absolutely rocked it! I can tell you my first oil painting didn't come out nearly this good. This kid just barely turned 15 years old. I was several years older than that when I tried to oil paint. Mine would look like a first grader did it in comparison. This is phenomenal!!!

Really really good stuff. I think he’s found his calling.

And if I’m not mistaken that’s from a Molly Hatchet album.

I like Little Sky's version better. Cooler use of light.

How would Little Sky even know who Molly Hatchet is? Heck, they were playing in little bars and clubs down here in the 70's! (A Florida band) Molly was some hooker who used to cut her customer's heads off or sumpin' and did a bit of slicin' and dicin'! . I don't know if she cut 'em up before or after she boinked 'em.

They were really popular when I was stationed in Tampa. I thought they kind of tried to step into Skynard’s shoes after the accident but they couldn’t carry their water. I saw them several time as theopening act in shows in Lakeland.
Every rebel flag waving redneck hippie in Florida loved them.

They were too much of a one trick pony. Every dang single they released sounded like Flirtin' With Disaster.

And Obama won TWO Presidential elections! Sometimes I have to wonder what the R&R HOF really means. Rush made it ... but so what? So did Joan (Barf) Jett!
