Spring, is it ever going to come?

Two days ago we were sunny and 72 degrees.

    Today we have this.

My truck is covered in ice. Thankfully the roads aren’t icing up.

Its 33 here this morning too, and headed to the high 20s tomorrow morning. I’ve had garden beds reasy for weeks but it hasn’t been warm enough to take stuff out of the cold frame and get it in the ground.

I’ve been wondering the same thing! The wind here has been almost to the point of causing people to go over the edge. I tried taking one of my grandsons out to fly a new kite I got him and damned if it wasn’t TOO windy to fly a damn kite.

    Sheesh!

That’s the front that came through here and spawned a bunch of tornadoes Friday. At my house we didn’t get a drop of rain out of it but it sure kncked the temps down.

Almost blizzard conditions here yesterday, 40mph, with snow/rain. Ended up with about 8" plus a few drifts across the driveway that were close to 24", more of the same today and tomorrow. It looks like January here.
The older I get, the better I was. I also forget my password and have to have Len reset it for me

I guess we'll be catching the edge of it tomorrow. High of 86 here today ... tomorrow's high 69! 79 Tuesday and back to 87 on Wednesday. Weird.

Wasn't that many years ago that we were being warned to prepare for a new ice age. Maybe they were right.
