    Cookie question

Wednesdays wife has two of the grand kids over. They usually end up baking something.
Today it was chocolate chip cookies.
Now what do you like better, the cookies, or the cookie dough ?
I'll eat all the dough I can sneak out of the bowl.
The older I get, the better I was. I also forget my password and have to have Len reset it for me

Bofe! I make extra because I know I'll be getting in to the dough before it makes it to the oven.
If we all threw our problems in a pile, and you saw everyone else's problems-- you'd take yours back.

It depends on the dough. In general I really like the dough but my Grandma use to make potato chip sugar cookies that were the bomb, and those are better as a cookie

The dough is pretty good, but I’ll take a warm chocolate cookie and a cold glass of milk over it any day.

I'm with CD ... a warm chocolate chip cookie and a COLD (the colder the better) glass of milk is the bomb.

That said (odd, something like this coming from me) the raw cookie dough thing is a no-no these days. You not only have the possibility of Salmonella from the raw eggs in the dough, but also E. coli from the uncooked flour.

But, half o'youse dufuses think nothing of slurping down a frigging, nasty-assed, raw oyster ... so have at it!

I had a big pile of steamed oyster this weekend, because I can only eat them for a few more days till September.
    Man I love those things.
And if you can eat the pickled dog turds you’ve told us about a raw oyster should be a piece of cake!

Those Doubletree cookies you used to get when you checked in their hotels were the best cookie ever made.

Do they still have doubletrees? Do they still give you warm cookies when you check in?

Being diabetic, cookies are off my eats list. Once or twice a year I'll splurge and I don't fool around when I do. Double stuffed Oreos and Yoo Hoos. Then back on my sugar fast

Definitely cookie dough. What I'm really trying to figure out though, is do you have a different wife for each day of the week? "Wednesdays wife"

Maybe the fifty years he’s talking about on the other post is cumulative with all of them.

I just couldn't figure out how a sane man would want more than one in today's world. Trust me when I say one is all I need.
