    Memorial day

is coming up and like all good Americans it's a day to celebrate by scorching some meat, (preferably pork) while drinking an american made brew. Being a tee-totaller I'll stick to iced tea. On the menu tonight rib-eye, sunday barbecue chicken, Monday ribs and sausages.

Might need to double up on the cholesterol medicine

I’ve got a couple racks of baby backs in the fridge for Saturday’s and may try to scare up a brisket for Monday. I’ve also got almost a case of Modellos that nobody drank on Cinnie de Mayo that Need to get gone.

Supposed to be stormy this weekend. But, somehow I’ll manage..,

The ribs turned out great, but I was too busy eating them to take a finished picture.
