I just watched the video. I can't for the life of me see why so many people liked to portray Bush as a fool. Biden makes Bush look like an absolute genious. The media doesn't seem to have a feeding frenzy everytime he says something beyond stupid.
The same reason they get a trill running up their leg every time president Dumb Ass reads from his tele-prompter.
