Serious question. The last person that claimed sexual misconduct / assault by Kavanaugh claims that at a party, both drinking, Kavanaugh exposed himself. So, now the question. When a girl flashes a guy at a party is this sexual misconduct/assault? Should this go both ways?

I fall on the side of it may be bad taste but as long as you have the ability to walk away or remove yourself from the situation its a no harm.

I could keep an attorney busy filing claims for me for the next bazillion years! I used to hit Lake Havasu, Arizona at least twice/year with my boating buddies.
