A lot of truth in what you say once the hedge funds and buy out specialists got involved. But, Sears has also been headed the way of Montgomery Wards for years as folks just weren’t buying what they were selling. Or, at least “how” they were selling it.

They really were iconic. Like Barry, I’ll always remember the “Wish Book” at Christmas time. The “Tough Skins” jeans that my Mom would still put iron on patches in the outside of the knees as well. As a kid, I spent a few years overseas, but we could still get stuff from Sears through the APO. It was like a lifeline to home.
