    Spending my afternoon

In the ER. Appears I've got right bundle blockage. Still running test. I'll be checking in so don't get rambunctious or I'll have to report you to kribbs.

    Wonder if I'll get supper

Damn. Keep us posted. They always use canned gravy in hospitals. That shit will kill you.

Hopefully a few stents and you’re on your way.

Did you have a heart attack?

Right now everything looks normal, waiting on a stress test. Bundle blockage is just a fancy name for irregular heartbeat. Biggest problem is they're just starving me

You need some sausage gravy and biscuits. That’ll clear out your bundle blockage and satisfy your appetite at the same time.

I've lived with that problem now for about 15 years, in old men it's common, kid's like you not so much.
Lot's of stuff they can do to fix it, or control it. Lot worse things out there, but anything from normal is not good.Good luck, you should be OK

My bestest buddy here has had it for as long as he can remember. I'm really not sure whether he takes any meds for it. If he does much of anything strenuous, he gets pretty winded at times. He says it's because of that condition. He's my age, so that may have a lot to do with the winded thing, but he's far from over weight and is active, so who knows? As Bubba said, it seems to be fairly common in us old farts. My buddy's doctors don't seem overly concerned about it. It seems he's more concerned than they are. Again, I hope all works out well. It's hard not to worry when a doc tells you your heart is fubar!

That would be “BTDC” to a non-Okie gear head. 😉

I see this as a DIY project. QA, do you have one of these?

Test all came back negative. Whatever it was it wasn't heart related. Wish I had known that before I ordered oatmeal and boiled eggs for breakfast

Thanks for all the well wishes guys

    Glad the news is good.
Back when they found my A-fib they ran a lot of tests including dye and ultra sound. Doc came back and said your plumbing is in good shape, it's your electrical system that's screwed up. They could go in and zap the bad area, but sometimes the cure is worse than the problem so they didn't.
Now I take xarelto each day

I had an issue with afib once and my docput me on a cardio monitor that I wore for a month. No more afibs so no meds. My cardiologst said it was likely caused by the stress of being around Len for an entire weekend. Ths was when my daughter got married and Len did her wedding photos. They actually call it ‘holiday heart’. I still blame it on Len.

I hadn't thought about it but I accidentally clicked on that river fishing topic and a picture of Len popped up. It was a pretty traumatic experience. We need to put a warning disclaimer on that

    That explains a lot. It's Len's fault
