    Just Lucky I Guess...

Sometimes I look at my kids and wonder how in the world I got so lucky to have such great kids. I consider myself about half worthless and the half of me to be a pain in the rear. However my kids are great a lot better individuals than I'll ever be. I guess as my wife and I get closer to having an empty nest, thinking about my kids and how they are turning out is on my mind more. This is my youngest daughter who will graduate from high school in just a few months. She is a straight A student, a really good dependable worker, loves her horses, and is the best darn fishing partner I've ever had. I'm going to miss her when she takes off on her own soon. Anyway, enough talk, I believe this photo says a lot just on it's own. My daughter is even more beautiful on the inside than this photo depicts on the outside. I am a very lucky father and I don't take it for granted.

To be half worthless and a pain in the rear, it sounds like you did something right!
I just hope those poor kids aren’t Cowboys fans.

Sounds like a great kid, BS. Has she already done her mission trip or is that what's up next?

"JUST" half worthless? Not bad. I'm pretty much totally worthless but I've got great kids also. A preacher, a nurse and one working on a doctorate in chemical engineer. I guess the moral of the story is, if you're going to be worthless, then marry a good woman. Sounds like you did

QA, I pretty much credit the goodness in my kids to my wife. I've tried my best to be a good father, but this list of things I believe I fall short on would take up too many pages to type it all up.

You have every right to be button-popping proud of her Big Sky. Congrats to you and your honey on a job well done.

Sometimes, just staying out of the way is 3/4 of the job. Congrats!
