Yep, the weather has been pretty squirrelly around here for the past few weeks.....heck, we’re still in flood-refugee-mode, holding up at the lakehouse.....our home is still high and dry, but all roads are still under 2-3 ft. of water.....we are so fortunate to have a place to retreat to, but my neighbors are having to drive their families in and out of their homes, twice a day, in tractors and boats.
We’ve got plenty of room, and have invited several families to join us here, but so far, they want to stay near their homes.
Dang, and all the copperheaded rattle moccasins head for high ground too! Be careful opening your front door!
