Sometimes its an issue sometimes it ain’t. I’m blaming it on my uverse router. That fucker double pumps on every browser transaction and falls asleep (times out) with inactivity. So when you pick up your phone or ipad to do something you get an internet not available message until it has time to sign back on the router. I’ve changed nothing on my end. I suspect att did it remotely with some firmware update or something. I cannot find the setting though to prevent it from happening.
So I still get it randomly and just delete them before you have a chance to razz me about it.
