I guess if you ever go out to eat and order a "cup" of coffee, you might want to ask how big a "cup" is. You could end up getting a 4-oz. cup of coffee when you thought you were paying for a 12-oz. cup. It sounds like an easy way to rip off the public to me. Like when you want to purchase a 10-cup coffee maker. If you're comparing 2-3 coffee makers and they all advertise as being 10-cup coffee makers ... one might give you 10-cups, one might yield 8-cups and the other might pump out 6 frigging cups!
