    Fall, 2020

Don't know how many years I've done this, but here it goes again.
All you noticessers will see my new neighbor, knew it would happen some day, they were nice enough not to put it right in my back yard. Nice couple, teach with my kids. Color should happen real fast over the next few days

Just on the down side of the peak, wind and rain over the past 5 days knocked down a lot of the color. We had snow flurries last night and more forecast through the week end.

I never get tired of seeing it, Jerry! Thanks for posting it.

It looks like you and your neighbor are going to have a little natures corner as a natural screen amd boundary?

Cool, it's that time of year again. Is some of the fence missing? Or just grown over?

    Lawzy.

Pretty JB. But to me, when those leaves get to a certain point, that'd be a harbinger to get the heck out of Dodge. I am going to miss Florida this year. And maybe for who knows how many more.

It's not far a way, paper says that next Saturday, 10-17 we'll get our first taste of snow, just a tad early, but snow in Oct. is pretty common. Next Sat. is also the day I take the boat in for winter prep, then put it in the barn along with my Jag.
The years really go fast at our age, I'm trying to enjoy every one of them.
Winter is in my DNA, this is my 75 winter, I only missed one, Winter of 63 from Sept. to March I was in the Carolina's thanks to Uncle Sam. Both the wife and I would rather stay up here with family and work, than go South, use to be 3 weeks in FL was a vacation, it turned into a long trip with boring days on the beach, ended that about 4 years go. There is beauty in Winter, hard to break that feeling.

Cold, snowy winters should be like grandkids. Enjoy 'em as long as you can stand 'em, then tell 'em to go home when you get tired of 'em!
