I'm not really into food that looks much the same coming out as it did going in. I doubt there is much taste difference between the two either.
You probably won't eat roasted pussum and sweet taters or chitlins either
I’d skip the greens and chicken livers but enjoy the rest.

QA you are correct, but put a plate of bbq ribs or boiled crawdads in front of me, and you best get out of the way. I turn into a food consuming machine.
