U of Michigan signed a four year extension with Harbaugh. Kinda surprising given his relative lack of success and his complete lack of wins against Ohio State.
I think they did it to lower the buyout cost when they do decide to get rid of him.

It sure doesn’t seem like a typical deal to me. But maybe the school has different priorities we don’t know about.

I think his buyout was something like $4 mil next year and then goes down a million each year. Plus the new deal seems to be very incentive laden.
