You can't escape it (and irony)

For the love you really can't escape politics anywhere, this site included. I just went to the gas station to a) fill up and b) pick up some snacks for the long day of meetings. I can here the two attendants in the back bickering over something but I'm not really paying attention. They come out of the back and she leaves.

The other attendant: She's trying to convince me that the US is the largest contributor to pollution

    Me: hmm, ok.

Attendant: No way its got to be China or Russia

    Me: Shrugs shoulders

    Attendant: She's crazy

    Three general observations lately:

    1) People have lost the ability to mind their own F'ing business
    2) People have lost the ability to pick up on social Qs that clearly read I don't care
    3) There's so much baggage on both sides people want to explain their positions to total strangers

I generally don't get it, why can't people mind their own business.

Hell, I can’t even get my wife to stop sending me links to political stuff I don’t have the time or interest in looking at.

I can only imagine. It's making me yearn for hearing problems.
