    Like a kid before Christmas

Just got a text that the mount of the muley I shot last year is done but the trouble is the taxidermist lives 100 miles away. Not sure if it will be a quick trip tonight or wait until the weekend but once I get it back I still need to complete the habitat work on the pedestal which is something I have never done before. No sense practicing, just hope it turns out on the critter of a lifetime...what could go wrong?

Good luck with it buddy. Considering the times, did the taxidermist add a mask on the mount?

Awesome! I just got mine back but it didn't turn out exactly like I wanted. No major issue so I cant put my finger on it but it just doesn't seem quite right.

    That's a bear-assed buck ... or is it a buck-nekkid bear? I'm confused.

Sounds like a long lunch meeting is in order! Post a pic when you get it.

Looking like it won't happen until Saturday as I am in the middle of putting laminate flooring in an upstairs bedroom.

Flooring, though needed, is definitely not MY priority but you know what they say about a happy wife.
