    End of a successful season

    This is what 11 hours of grinding, mixing, curing & stuffing and then 2 days of smoking looks like.

    In response to some of the post; yes I am sure a lot will be given away, no I am not a vegetarian and yes I have a backup generator. This is actually my second freezer the other one has about 60# of catfish and striper filets, homemade bacon and some steaks I got from my buddies meat market.
