    looking for a used outboard

Any of you dufes know of websites that might specialize in used outboard motors?

Long story short, the oil supply line on my boat motor (2-cycle so from oil pump into the fuel line) cracked and fell off while going full out. Limped back in using the kicker motor and after replacing the line, the motor still runs but with a ticking sound. Had it checked out and the top two cylinders are bypassing at about 40% so time to rebuild or replace. Per the mechanic an updated motor will be about the same price as rebuilding the existing motor.

    Anyone have a 1992-2007 Mercury/Mariner in 115 to 135 hp sitting around?

I have a 225 EFI Merc I’d sell for the right price! Been wanting to upgrade to a four stroke but can’t afford what I want right ow.

I’m between boats right now. But, I won’t have anything but a 4-stroke going forward.

Buy P-hole's and just don't run it more than 1/2 throttle. You're welcome.

(Oh, and don't forget to ask for the G/H discount)

Thanks for the offer Posty but a 225 is just a wee bit larger than what my old tug is rated for.
