    Ouch!

I won't try to make this political 'cause it's obvious we don't need that nasty ol' pipeline.

My BIL took my sis to Vegas for a few days as a Mother's Day gift. He sent this snap-shot to show what he was met with when they arrived.

It’s up to $2.99 here. I’m sure the only reason foe that is the famous “switching to summer blends” reason we hear every year.

Ha! Yeah .... but it's ALWAYS Summer in Vegas!

We called Lynn's mom in L.A. for Mother's Day yesterday and she said the Mobil gas station right by her house is at $4.59/gal. for regular ... but she saw $4.99 at some stations 20-30 mins. from her house. (no clue what premium gas is running there)

Regular 87 octane here is now $can 1.52/l which works out to $us 4.33/us gal with $ exchange (I think but I am bad with arithmatic). Carbon taxes at work here.

Telling Floridians not to panic buy gasoline is like telling them to panic buy gasoline. I lived there during the independent gas haulers strike in the 70’s and they did the same damned thing they’re doing now.
