I understand that the Covid vaccine doesn't have the years of research and testing behind it that most vaccines do but your kids have to be vaccinated to get in school, if you go overseas then you have to get a whole bevy of shots/boosters and that doesn't seem to be a big problem for most people so why such a resistance to a covid shot? Although it's not widely publicized, the flu shot is only about 48.5% effective. Roughly 162 million Americans get flu shots each year and about 2.5 million have an adverse reaction of some sort to the shot (where's the outrage here). I would dare say that Covid is considerably lower than that yet people are willing to jeopardize their lives and health as well as family, friends and strangers by refusing to be vaccinated. You're more likely to die from eating peanuts than a Covid shot
Maybe I'm turning into a socialist but I have no problem with:
1) Vaccination as a term of employment
2) Right of refusal for insurance company's to have to pay for non vaccinated Covid treatment.
3) being carded for public events
4) mask mandate for non vaxxers
5) refusal of service unless you wear a mask or produce your card
