Well, it’s about time to wrap it up here.

I’m gonna start breaking down camp and head back toward the sticks & bricks. Check-out isn’t until 3:00 pm, but it’ll take us about 6-hours to get back home, so we want to arrive at a decent hour. I got up early this morning and sat out by the front of the motorhome and watched what appeared to be about an 8-9 foot gator patrol the edge of the Lilly pads just off the bank. It’s gonna be tough leaving this place, but there will be more trips in the future. This was my final farewell last evening.

Looks quiet and peaceful which is always good.

Sure wish I could have gotten down there to spend some time with Tony on a gator hunt but Cappy shared one of the videos of his hunt with me when he was up here years ago.
