    That is an American Waygu ribeye cowboy steak. @ 2.5 lbs not even sure how I'm gonna cook it.

    I buy them when they're 15% off then buy a bulk provision that nets me another 10% so the price comes down nicely. And, with a family of 5 we go through them quickly.

    Also pro tip on reheating them for steak sandwiches. Put a little beef stock in the skillet 🍳 and warm it up, just warm to to a boil. Warm the steak in the skillet a few minutes and your ready for a nice steak sammich
