    Twas a holiday yesterday so I spent part of the day at home moving snow in below zero weather and the rest of it getting the missus to various appointments as the blizzard left driving a bit of a headache.

    I've been running all over the place, but checking in. We closed on two houses in the last 6 months and they're OK / AZ so getting them both up and running has been a pita.
