    Launched AirBnb

We launched another Airbnb a few days ago. The basic house inside was ready to go but we did all the design and updating of the back yard. As usual with these things the project took about 3 months longer than we expected, but we are real happy with the results. We'll stay here through thanksgiving and then start renting in December. In fact, we already have some rentals booked.

    Here's the new one

Very nice! I know who to call the next time I’m in Scottsdale.

Hombre, what part of the state are you in? I've got a good friend who moved down to the Sierra Vista area a little over a year ago. They seem to really like it there and we had fun when we visited them back in March. They must have missed all the snow though as they are flying into town today to visit family and friends over Thanksgiving.

Looks like your missus really has a knack for creating welcoming houses.
