    Looking for a change?

If so, you should have been up here sometime during the past 24 hours.

Yesterday at about this time the temperature topped out at a balmy 64 degrees. Overnight we got down to 3 degrees, this morning I woke to 4.6" of snow (not sure what we got for a total), and currently it has warmed up to a whopping 9 degrees.

Am thinking Ma Nature could use some meds about now.

It’s blowing through here this afternoon with high winds and a chance of thunder storms. Temps should drop 35 degrees or so overnight. But, nothing like you’re describing. Overall, we’ve had a very mild winter and everything is pointing towards an early spring.

I saw 5’ - 12’ in the Sierras. I like snow but not all at once!

Second year in a row for a big snow pack out west. Hope it fills some of those reservoirs.

Better snow than rain as long as it doesn’t warm up too fast!

Woke up to a Winter Wonderland this morning. Surprise! Six inches of fresh, heavy, wet snow with flakes the size of quarters coming down. Slacking off now and slowly turning to rain. This should add a bunch to the mountain snowpack.
