I got sucked into watching the debate last night. Trump just can't help himself and Kamala played him like a fiddle last night. She knew all she had to do was find his trigger, get under his skin, and then all she had to do was stand back and watch him destroy any sliver of credibility he had to begin with. Like the Trump/Biden debate (if you can call it that), Trump didn't have to do a thing other than sit back, keep his mouth shut and watch Biden flush himself down the toilet. That's all Kamala really had to do last night.
She locked herself in a hotel room practicing for the past 5 days and came out totally prepared. Trump flew in 1-1/2 hours before the debate and walked in all cocky and overconfident, then went in to his usual. tired old diatribe we've all heard elebenty-bazillion times. He held it together for 20-30 minutes (as I'm sure his "handlers" have been drilling into him as being critically necessary), but all Kamala had to say to push his button was to say the huge crowds he always brags about at his rallies, starts dwindling as everyone gets bored with the same old rhetoric and they leave early. That's all it took to set him off and he went downhill from there. From that point forward, he acted like a spoiled third grader throwing a temper tantrum on the playground because he was told he can't play on the monkey bars. At least, he threw out something I'm sure the press will run with, likie injecting bleach to prevent Covid. Last night he started talking about the Mayor of Bumfuck, Kentucky (or someplace like that) complaining that all the dogs in town are disappearing because the illegal Hatians Kamala allowed into the country, are eating them.
I voted for him twice, even though he's probably the most infantile, arrogant, egotistical and narcissistic individual I've even known in my life. On the world stage, as our President, he embarrassed me half to death. He did a few things I liked, but I just can't do it again.
What's my choice? Kamala? I'll give her credit, she kicked Trump's ass to the moon and back in last night's debate, but for the first time since I became of age, I will not be voting in this year's election. What's the point?
