As posted on Face Book by my wife.

Jerry and I were married on April 20, 1968. We were both raised in loving homes with loving parents and siblings and set out to create our own family. Raising our boys, watching them grow up, fall in love and marry and become parents has brought us great joy. We've celebrated the birth of five beautiful, sweet and loving granddaughters and look forward to the two new babies coming this fall.
We've held each other and cried over the loss of our parents. So, JB, here's to the past 45 years and I look forward to however many more God plans on keeping us together. It has been a road well traveled and I love you very much.

I think she did a great job summing up the past 45 years!
The older I get, the better I was. I also forget my password and have to have Len reset it for me

Dang dude! You're an antique! In April of '68 I was a sophomore in h/s tryin' to get ... well, you know.

Congrats dude. I have no clue how you found someone to put up with you that long. She HAS to be special!

Wasn't born until February of '69, so to me, you're both antiques.

    Congratulations Jb and the Mrs!!

Don't think we will see, in the future, many marriages last that long anymore.

Man, that's just one of those deals that make you feel good all over. Congrats to you and Kay. I reckon you've got her fooled pretty well, Bubba!

That's really nice to read JB! Congrats to you both.
If we all threw our problems in a pile, and you saw everyone else's problems-- you'd take yours back.
