Headed to the parts store, and heard this on the news, so it might or might not be accurate....both boston bombers were receiving government welfare assistance....they also qualified for those free government-paid cellphones, which they used to detonate the bombs....ain't America great!!!

Either way, that program has grown way beyond what its intended for. There's prepaid phones welfare folks can get if they need them.
