I was thinking the four-legged variety that gets et' by we two-legged ones.
As far as I'm concerned ... NOTHING on a beet is edible! (got'ta say, Lynn loves 'em though)
I like beets a lot. I've cut the tops off of a lot of beets and thrown them away. I guess I'm going to have to try them. They're not poison or anything like poke are they?

Not poison at all. They have a mild flavor. To to fair, they're the tops off young beets. The older ones might be tougher, I'll let you know in a few weeks.
