    Tough Job But Somebody Has...

I was in charge of a church youth camp last week. The weather was perfect and the youth were all great and on their best behavior. I really could not have asked for a better experience. Here are the mountains that I called home last week. Yeah I know, tough job having to stay in a place like this for a week, but somebody had to do it.

Eventhough I'm not the biggest fan of having wolves in Montana, I have to admit it was pretty cool waking up to the sound of wolves howling on Thursday and Friday morning. I hear coyotes all the time but the last time I heard wolves was over 10 years ago in far Northern Canada. There were also whitetail deer wandering through camp. Lots of squirrels and birds around as well. On the way out I saw this nice looking antelope buck. Overall it was a fun and relaxing week.

Now that is my idea of a good vacation, minus a few of the kids maybe.

From the picture that looks like a pretty nice speedboat.

I would have shot him if I had a tag and the season were open.

    Chip shot.

Plus, lots of chances after he runs, for a long, long way. Looks like fun.
WARNING - Due to the rising costs of ammunition, warning shots will no longer be given.
