    Go figure! I'm gonna be doin some serious cooking, grillin and smoking this week. If I get anything stupendous I'll see if I can contribute to the recipe forum. Things is I never do something the same way twice. I just kinda wing the whole thing.

    Got's a pic somewhere around here of me eating a big ol' bowl of borscht at a roadside restaurant someplace in Siberia. I'm not much of a beet eater normally, but that stuff was pretty dang good!

    I've never had borscht, but I do love beets. They do kinda taste like #2 loam though. Some good old roasted golden beets are as good with a big ribeye as any tater ever dug.
